We will notify you of any significant changes that materially impact this Agreement. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your consent to the changes. The “Last Modified” date above will be updated to reflect any changes. This Agreement applies to our “Self-Serve Services”, which are services accessed or purchased through our website or mobile applications, excluding Enterprise and Business plans. The terms for Enterprise and Business plans are available separately. Other terms, such as our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, may also apply to your use of the Self-Serve Services.

By using our Self-Serve Services, you confirm that:

A. You will use our Self-Serve Services for business and professional purposes, B. You are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; C. You agree to comply with this Agreement, D. If representing an organization, you have the authority to bind the organization to this Agreement, E. You are responsible for the actions of anyone using our Self-Serve Services through your account, including employees, consultants, or contractors (“Authorized Users”). DAS Terminology

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you and your Authorized Users access to our Self-Serve Services as outlined in your subscribed plan. Access or use of the Self-Serve Services in any unauthorized manner, including automated means, is prohibited. Our Self-Serve Services are subject to change. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time, without prior notice. We are not liable for any such changes. Our Self-Serve Services depend on the availability and functionality of Social Networks and Third-Party Services, which are beyond our control and may change without notice. We are not liable for any changes or discontinuation of features or functionality by Social Networks or Third-Party Services.
